Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ tsp dried)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Directions:
- Prep the Marinade:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, parsley, dill, thyme, salt, and pepper. - Marinate the Salmon:
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour marinade over the fish, coating evenly. Marinate for 15–30 minutes in the refrigerator. - Grill the Salmon:
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates. Place salmon skin-side down and grill for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. - Serve:
Remove from grill, garnish with lemon slices and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. Serve with grilled veggies, rice, or a fresh salad.
