Directions:

In a microwave-safe mug (10–12 oz size), whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. - Add Wet Ingredients:
Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Make sure no dry bits remain. - Create the Lava Center:
Gently press the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate into the center of the batter—don’t mix it in fully. - Microwave:
